1) About us & these terms
These Terms govern your use of www.hhtechb.com and any purchase from HH-Tech. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
2) Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ to purchase. Keep your account details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
3) Products, pricing & VAT
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We work to ensure accuracy but may correct errors (including pricing) and cancel/refund orders placed at an incorrect price.
4) Ordering & payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept when we dispatch and email a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse/cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailability). Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout.
5) Delivery
Options and costs appear at checkout. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment. We will deliver within 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
6) Right to cancel (distance sales)
For online orders you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. After you tell us, return the goods within 14 days. We will refund you (including the standard outbound delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.
7) Faulty goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply: 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund; after that, a right to repair or replacement, and if that fails, a refund or price reduction.
8) Returns process
Follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy. Please don’t send items back without a return authorisation.
9) Promotions & discount codes
One code per order unless stated. Codes may exclude items, have limits or expiry dates. We may withdraw promotions at any time.
10) Acceptable use & IP
Don’t misuse the site (e.g., malware, unauthorised access, IP infringement). Site content is owned by us or our licensors.
11) Liability
Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable consumer rights. We’re not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable to both of us when the contract was made, or for business losses.
12) Force majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays outside our control. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you; you may cancel if appropriate.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms; the version on our site at checkout applies to your order.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and disputes are subject to their non-exclusive courts.
