Shipping Policy

1) Services & rates

• Free UK shipping on orders £30+.
• Standard shipping fee applies to orders under £30 (shown at checkout).
• We ship within the UK (extra time may apply for Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland).

2) Dispatch & delivery

• Orders placed Monday–Friday are typically dispatched in 1–2 working days.
• Standard delivery usually arrives 2–5 working days after dispatch (guidance, not a guarantee).
• Tracking details are provided where available.
• We will deliver within 30 days unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

3) Address issues & delivery attempts

If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we’ll refund the item price (less any outbound shipping you paid) or re-ship once any re-delivery fee is paid.

4) Lost or delayed parcels

If delayed, email sale@hhtechh.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll replace or refund you.
Risk transfers on delivery; title transfers upon full payment.
