Return & Refund Policy

1) Change-of-mind (distance sales)


You can cancel your online order within 14 days from the day after delivery.
After you tell us you’re cancelling, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving evidence that you’ve sent them back (whichever is sooner).
If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, we’ll refund the standard outbound delivery cost only.
Email sale@hhtechh.com with your order number to start a return; we’ll reply with a return authorisation and instructions.

Condition of returns


You may handle items to check their nature and functioning (as you would in a shop). We may make a reasonable deduction for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Return postage


Change-of-mind: you cover return postage (use a tracked service).
Our error or faulty item: we cover return postage or provide a pre-paid label.

Refund method


Refunds go to the original payment method.

2) Faulty, damaged or not-as-described

  • Within 30 days of delivery: if a product is faulty, you have the short-term right to reject for a full refund.
  • After 30 days and within 6 months: we’ll repair or replace. If that fails or isn’t possible, you can request a refund (a reasonable deduction for use may apply after the first 6 months).
  • Damaged on arrival / items missing: contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
    (Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.)
